Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed online and shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed with delivery confirmation. Please check your Spam folder as it might be sent in there.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. If you are ordering outside of the United States, please do not select shipping charges at checkout. I will email you a separate invoice showing your shipping charges.

Simply Gianna accepts all major credit cards via PayPal, check or money order. If for whatever reason you do not feel comfortable placing your order online we will be more than happy to accept your order over the phone. Please contact Sylvia at 781-308-3411 to place your order.
To mail your check or money order please email us for our address to send payment. All checks must clear our bank before an item can be sent. This usually takes 7-10 days. Sales tax only applies to Rhode Island State residents at 7%.
All NSF or Stop Payments on checks will incur a $30.00 charge
Returns and Exchanges:
Customer Service is our number one priority! If you are not happy with any of your items, returns and exchanges are welcomed only after approval by Simply Gianna and must be within 7 days of receipt of goods. The original shipping cost is non-refundable however if your item(s) were damaged in transit or you have received the wrong item(s) Simply Gianna will be responsible for the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to return merchandise in other circumstances. Please know that Simply Gianna will certainly make exceptions so please email me with any concerns you may have.
